If anyone asks you for money in the name of Work Inviter, it is not us: we only write from the numbers listed on this site.
Your candidate arrives in Russia, signs the work contract and sends us a photo of it. Within 7 days after that we transfer $2,000–3,000 to you using the method you choose — we agree on it personally before the first candidate travels. The amount is the same for every person you refer.
The payout is tied to the signed contract. If a candidate drops out before signing, there is simply no payout — and no claims against you either. Once the contract is signed and the photo is sent, the payment is yours regardless of what happens afterwards. You are not responsible for the worker's later decisions.
Yes, and most partners do. Finding candidates means talking to people you already know, posting in groups you are already in, and forwarding the texts we send you. There are no shifts, quotas or minimum numbers. Some partners refer one person every few months; others build it into a full-time business. Both are fine with us.
No. Experience and your own sources of candidates are a plus, but not a requirement. We give you the job description, the list of requirements, ready-made messages to forward and answers to the questions candidates usually ask. Your part is trust: people from your community are more likely to believe someone they know than an advertisement.
